Elder Care in Vancouver, British Columbia

I have had a lot of experience with seniors and feel that they miss out on everyday enjoyment, eg trips to Art Gallery, being out in nature, instead of everything being so utilitarian, I would love seniors to feel like they are still a part of the world and the everyday workings of life. Seniors shouldn\\\'t have to feel that they are putting people out and truly have some fun and enjoyment in their life!!!!! We are all going to be there one day! I gave care to my elderly Aunt in her home until she came to live with my family. All duties performed, wound care,visits to doctor's appt. cooking, cleaning, driving to appointments and doing lots of fun activities, eg visiting art galleries, shopping, puzzles at home everyday things that seniors don't always get a chance to do!I enjoy being with seniors and always hope that I can keep them active in the world instead of just sitting at home!
