Hello families, My name is Anna. I am an efficient, caring women with a sincere belief that aging can be done with independence and dignity. Your loved ones and your family may need support and I would love to be of help in any capacity that is required. I like to focus on prevention and healthy living. I am a creative problem solver and approach each situation with compassion and a sense of humour. I work with seniors in long term care facilities and in their own homes with various needs and dementia/Alzheimer's as a caregiver. I provide basic personal care services, companionship services, light housekeeping, errands, groceries and taking people to appointments. As a current student of Nutrition I help elders and their families prepare healthy meals that fit any dietary need. My focus is to support seniors maintain as much independence and dignity as possible.
