Who I Am: Nice to meet you! My name is Leilani. I'm hoping to find a home health aide position in Haleiwa, Hawaii; or surrounding areas. I hope to utilize my skill as a home health aide. I have been CPR and First Aid trained and certified (although it probably needs updating). I’m fully available to any schedule I’m needed. Would like a position where my skills can be put to use and possibly learn more. Description of Skills: I can take care of post operation care, bathing, and help with mental heath. I have a drivers license and my own vehicle. I have been a senior caregiver before; just recently I took care of my Tutu in her last months. I’ve also taken care of a physically and mentally disabled person for 6 yrs. Typically I try to give my “patient”( don’t really like that word, I usually use friend) as much freedom and independence as possible or at least make them feel as independent as possible.
