I help seniors with medical conditions and injuries with functional fitness programs designed to gain strength, endurance and range of motion which are needed for daily living activities.
I am a certified senior fitness coach
offering 25 years experience educating seniors on balance and posture correction which are a component of our functional fitness sessions.
Our sessions are progressive, varied and enjoyable.
With exceptional relationship skills and compassion, I also have the ability to handle situations as they occur.
Since I'm self employed I can usually be flexible.
