I am a caregiver with many years of experience both as PCA and a CHHA. I am first of all a pastor who always brings a pastoral touch to all patients or clients. I have taken care of patients with brain injury, mobility limitations because of a stroke, incontinence, Alzheimer/dementia, then post-operative condition. I can handle most operations that are demanded in the Home health Aide position, except if the client is overweight or heavy then I need help to appropriately take care of them.
