Personal Profile: I am available to provide personal and professional care in the Seneca/Clemson area and surrounding areas in SC. I strive to accomodate each family and client's individual needs. This can range from a 'one time' visit, to relieve a caretaker, or continual compassione care. Services And Training: My experience includes several years as a CNA, HHA(Home Health), and Director of Therapeutic Recreation, overseeing four Nursing/Long Term Care facilities. A majority of my experience surrounds dementia and Alzheimer's clients. I provide personal hygiene/bathing, Hoyer Lift use, medication assistance, record vital signs, cognitive and social support, written assessments. I provide support services to families and clients that are faced with hospice care. General cooking and household cleaning/maintenace. I provide transportation of clients to and from errands, shopping, appointments, recreational activities, etc. When it comes to previous qualifications, I am an active provider contracted through Heaven Sent Helpers, LLC. with current background and TB screen. I have earned a Bachelors in Sociology, HHA and CNA licensure. EMS training. Ongoing education on Alzheimer's and Dementia discoveries and strategies.
