SERVICES: Provide ongoing companionship working directly with each client by assisting with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry and taking to church, parks, doctor visits, restaurants and more. Offer medication reminders, blood pressure monitoring, help with dressing, feeding, hygiene and other personal care activities so that each person remains independent or gains self-confidence learning life skills. Initiates and participates in leisure activities and their favorite hobbies, while encouraging the continued use or mastering of social skills. Maintaining safety in their living environment and keeping friendships and memories vibrant through phone calls, planned outings and visits in the community. Observe and document the health and emotional condition of each individual; quickly report all changes to family members, nurses, etc.
