Hi, I am trustworthy and reliable Certified CAN with 13 years of experience. I am passionate to provide care for patients who I treat as members of my family. I am with them throughout all stages - from companionship to hospice care. I work with people who deal with diseases such as Alzheimer, Dementia, Diabetes, and Parkinson. I also have an experience in taking care of patients discharged from the hospitals who require special care with wound conditions, broken shoulder, walker, catheter, commode, Hoyer lift, hospital bed, etc. I was trained by the physical therapists in Mount Sinai hospital. To provide excellent quality of service I am involved in managing doctors’ appointments, visiting nurse services and physical therapists, In addition to that I am also monitoring and recording patient’s daily conditions, provide support by preparing homemade meals – special diets, and personal services like shopping, laundry and housekeeping. Currently, I am looking for a live out position in the NYC area. I am bilingual – English and Polish.
