Elder Care in Kyle, Texas

Hello! My name is Brittany, I am a 20 year old college student and currently attending Texas State University for Nursing. I am looking to provide companionship and care to the elderly. I am a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, so I am prepared and trained for any emergencies that may take place in your home. Some services I provide are companionship (talking, puzzles, going for walks, etc.), basic house cleaning, grocery shopping and kitchen stocking, cooking, and other simple tasks. I have a driver's license and a 2018 Nissan Altima with plenty of room to offer. At my previous job, I was a waitress at Logan's Roadhouse in Buda, TX. I worked at Logan's for a year and a half before the pandemic started and now I am looking for something just as fun, but more in the field I am pursuing. While working at Logan's, I learned a lot about hospitality and adaptation in communication with others. I also learned that I enjoyed engaging in conversation with the elderly! They have so many stories and a lot of wisdom to offer. I look forward to working with them! As a college student in the middle of a pandemic, my schedule can get wonky, but I am completely available for work Friday-Sunday.
