As for skills directly related to the position I have several post-secondary courses and hands-on experience that would compliment the roles and responsibilities. I have worked a 12 hour shift schedule in a previous position and adjusted well to the routine. During my two year term as a Nursing Assistant I was able to exercise my communication skills, in both French and English with our clients and familiarized myself with several health care processes. In my past professional experiences, I had the opportunity to perfect various tasks and apply methods for individuals with specialized needs. I have courses as well that focused on approaching persons with mental health problems and cognitive deficiencies.
