I am Teresa, a full-time, live out elder care provider in Sunnyvale, California. I provide personalized home care services that include day-to-day companion care, transitioning to end-of-life care, such as hospice, and I am trained to administer medication. I also provide personal care services such as light housekeeping, errands and grocery shopping.
